I think that would be nice, but honestly I dont think Twitch needs a buff, per se. At least as long as Youmuu's exists in its current fashion. If he needs a buff, maybe some early game AD scaling or make his passive damage actually relevant especially early on. He has no way to engage without sacrificing DPS for 4 seconds before level 5, while most ADCs and many supports vie for kill pressure by this point.
