Is this what elo hell feels like?

I feel completely stuck. Ive been bouncing between S3 and S4. The games I win, I do fine if not excellent. The games I lose, lots of them I do exceptionally well but I do have my bad games. I would like some advice on how to get out of this "elo hell", as it feels like. Feel free to look up my match history and give me pointers ect. Im completely lost at this point.

Look at your statistics. See what you're doing wrong. Fix them.

Dont mean to be an ass, but there's no elo hell, with that logic every division is elo hell.

You're doing well? Roam, you doing well in your lane alone wont win you a game, if you roam, and you're fed. And lets say you help mid or bot, you share your advantage with teamates. If you want advice on climbing, focus less on making your opponent go 0/5, and maybe 0/2 and roam bot/top/mid(depending on lane) you can be 15/0 in lane, but if bot and top and jungler all lose, you most likely wont win.

In the end, if you are a good player like you claim, you have to share that power with your team, otherwise in the end it doesn't matter.

Better CS. Ideally 7-8/min but strive for 10/min (it's unrealistic, but you can use it as a target so you'll practically be guaranteed 7-8/min). Try going into a custom game solo and cs (only autoattacks unless you're under tower) for 10 minutes to see how you do with 0 pressure and that's effectively your baseline.

If you're jungling then CS should be lower than laning usually since gank pressure will give your laners an advantage, at which point you just need to make sure they keep the advantage because they'll probably throw it away.

Basically focus on the fundamentals, Objectives, CS, map awareness, etc. Don't go for tp plays, don't roam, don't worry about counter building for now, just worry about what the basics are.
