Language filter on?

So in my settings it says I have my language filter turned off but apparently it's on in game. It's weird. Did they change this to make it mandatory or something? Or is my client bugged.

Try switching to the Legacy client, disabling the filter in the options there, then reopening the new client. It should save the setting then.
