Galio coming back?

They'll definitely help along with the mana cost reduction of his E and the early movement speed increase. We'll definitely see some Galio mid lane versus these champions that output many instances of damage in short time, making the most of his shield's heal (Malz's DOTs, voidlings, Annie's Tibbers, Cass's poisons, Vlad's pool, Brand's passive).

However, I suspect Galio won't be amazing. He'll just be in a better spot than now.

id rate him an average pick, hes still losing grail and at the end of the day he has no base mana regen so he will still suffer in prolonged lanes. hes still dependent on flash, you would think rocketbelt would be a great pickup, but you'll soon find out its too telegraphed when hes going in as opposed to flash.

also MR items are getting worse soo.... whats he scaling off of.... really lackluster in the damage area for your mid laner.

Rocket belt maybe. But the new catalyst is still a nerf; the only difference is that Galio is probably the only champion that overcomes that to some extent.
