Riot, could you stop making champions broken?

It's really not that hard. If a champion is weak, just give it a reasonable buff. And I cannot emphasize it enough: REASONABLE. Then watch what happens for a patch or two and proceed with further buffs if needed.

  1. Don't buff every aspect of a champion at once.
  2. Don't buff a champion if its core items are getting a buff too.
  3. Don't buff a champion if champions/items that counter him/her are getting nerfed. Or just admit that balance has never been your concern and instead you just want to juggle with overpowered and underpowered every patch.

To which champion are you referring?

Throughout all patches or only this one? Let's see... Skarner - the most broken champion in the history of League of Legends. That's kinda understandable because that was right after his rework, but still, does Riot even test these things? Do they even do the math or do they just put random numbers into a champion's kit and see how it goes? Nunu - just recently they totally overbuffed him Chogath - a couple more patches ago

From this patch, Volibear is a prime example: They buffed his Q, W and E (you forgot about his ult, Riot, let's buff him some more!) and also removed Morellonomicon from most (all?) mages core build path. Now Voli is sitting on 53% winrate. How surprising!

Well i guess since it's really that easy you should be working at Riot right? No problem dude!

Of course it's easy. For instance, few patches ago Brand was underpowered in Riot's book. So they changed his passive damage from 2% to 4%. Now he has 51-52% winrate, so he's above average. See the pattern? They see him as weak so they double the damage on his most used (and most obnoxious) "ability". Does it really require so much brainpower to just think "let's make it 3% and observe how this affects his winrate"? No, let's fucking quadruple it straight away.
