Can anyone tell me how to further improve my skills with this champ to get out of shitty gold. I sometimes lose lane but always do good in team fights. My laning needs work. It seems like every game I get camped hard af when I play renekton..
You generally shouldn't be losing lane as Renekton unless they're Pantheon or doing some cheese like 
. You can trade with nearly anyone at level 1 with with Fervor and Q start. Try to get in a couple Qs and AAs before level 2, especially an enhanced Q. At level 2 (or even better, just before it) you can get above 50 Fury again, and either W them if in range for an empowered stun, or flash for it if they're low and near enough, and AA-Q for a fast kill. The lane is pretty much over if you get an early kill on Renekton.
I like to buy Tiamat and either Null Mantle or Cloth on my first b, and you're pretty much unstoppable in lane after that. The only real exception for buying Phage and rushing BC first over Tiamat is if they're playing Malphite and you need the armor shred asap. You'll probably always want 
to be your first non-boots completed items, though (and in that order), unless you fall behind and need to get tanky.

If you're getting camped, but you gotta think more about the enemy jungler's pathing, like where they started, where they were etc. If they gank bot and back, then you know they're going to their to side jg, and will likely gank you in a couple minutes. Where you're warding also helps. Sometimes just the river bush isnt enough, maybe ward their jg entrances, maybe shove then get scuttle. Getting a pink in normal or wierd spots like across the enemy red (nobody checks there).
