Shen's Ult

Should Shen's Ult have a shorter cooldown? Other champions that have semi-similar cross map movement ults like Twisted Fate and Rek' Sai have ults that let them get across the map to a varying degree but have much shorter cooldown then Shen's ult. So should Shen's ult cooldown be lowered? I'm not saying lowering it to the same level as these two examples but lowered a little bit more then what its currently at. Thoughts from the community?

I think Shen's is fine where it's at; considering it doesn't cost any energy, provides a big-ass shield to an ally and allows Shen to save the day, it's fine where it's at. Plus Twisted Fate's ult is roughly 1/3-1/4 of the map, not anywhere near global

The issue people have with Shen's ult is simple: it's global. Being global, I don't see how a lower cooldown would really help. Because Shen players have to actually be able to time it right in order to make sure they did not waste its cooldown. If you lower its cooldown, you would have to give it a limited range as well.

And don't forget Rek'sai's ult depend on her tunnels presence, which are destroyable and for TF, well the range being limited it explains his cooldown being shorter in my opinion.
