I see people still maxing W second but why? All it does is reduce the cooldown. Before you got a lower cooldown, a bigger slow and more damage. I started maxing E second after the rework. More armor pen and a lower cooldown on the pull seems more worth it to me.

You don't really get anything for maxing W except the reduced cooldown, which is less valuable now that autoattacks no longer reduce the cooldown.
