"The strongest victim of Zed's Death Mark (R) permanently grants him a % of their Attack Damage " taken from surrender at 20... could someone maybe clarify what they mean by this?

It basically means Zed will never be played again since he will be perma banned.

I think it means that Zed gets stronger when killing the target with either the most kills or highest AD. This would balance out losing the bonus AD from his W.

When you kill someone with your ult, it copies a portion of their AD and gives it to you. Whenever you kill someone with more AD, you get a new bonus based on their AD.

How I read it, anyway.
