Nah she really need nerfs. The champion just became to strong add some point. She could outsustain & outtrade while scaling as much or even better than other supports. Nerfing her in her defensive stats isn't really an option because the only reason she became so problematic is that it was the first time her entire kit could come together. Before most Lulu's needed to selfcast their E to win early trades rather than using the E offensively. You don't really use the E offensively outside the lanefase anyway so it just took away some of her strengths in a competive environment.
