Stop First Timing Champions In Ranked

Just had a game where 3 people on my team were first timing their champion.

The Support: Got autofilled, decided to go Rakan and die 3 times in 7 minutes. The ADC: Got autofilled, decided to go Miss Fortune and was useless all game. The Mid Laner: Enemy chose his Taliyah so he decided to go Lucian mid, roaming 0 times all game and taliyah gets fed from roaming.

Stop first timing in ranked, and more importantly, stop playing champions that you have a bad winrate with in champ. For instance I have a 17% winrate on Tryndamere top lane. If I play him, our team is most likely going to lose. So dont play Nami support if you have a 28% winrate on her with 21 games played..

So do not play champs that have less than a 50% win rate ehh. I mean my lulu last season had a 40% win rate but nearly a 6.0kda. So should i not play her? Most games i played with lulu I was in a duo and my partner would end up disconnecting and we would have to surrender.
