A (Possible) rework to Olaf's ult

While the little movement speed buff to Olaf's ult helps him, it does not fix the issue of him losing defensive stats to gain damage which is very counter intuitive. His ult should help him be able to survive to get to the back line, and not get blown up because he sacrificed his bonus armor and magic resist to become cc immune.

Olaf

As is currently:

Ragnarok COOLDOWN: 100 / 90 / 80

PASSIVE: Olaf gains bonus armor and magic resistance. ARMOR & MAGIC RESIST: 10 / 20 / 30 ACTIVE: Olaf instantly removes all crowd control effects from himself and becomes immune to them for 6 seconds. Additionally he gains a movement speed bonus for 1 second when moving towards enemy champions. During this time, he loses the passive bonus but gains bonus attack damage. ATTACK DAMAGE: 40 / 60 / 80 MOVEMENT SPEED BONUS: 50 / 60 / 70%

What I propose: Ragnarok COOLDOWN: 100 / 90 / 80

PASSIVE: Olaf gains bonus armor and magic resistance. ARMOR & MAGIC RESIST: 10 / 20 / 30 ACTIVE: Olaf instantly removes all crowd control effects from himself and becomes immune to them for 8 seconds. Additionally he gains a movement speed bonus for 1 second when moving towards enemy champions. During this time, he becomes blinded by his rage and his sight radius is reduced to a cone in front of him while Ragnarok is active. His passive bonus is doubled and he gains attack damage. ATTACK DAMAGE: 30 / 45 / 60 MOVEMENT SPEED BONUS: 60% MOVEMENT SPEED BONUS DURATION: 1 / 1.5 / 2 / seconds

I feel that this fits Olaf more thematically and gives him more power where he needs it, his durability and mobility, not the huge AD boost. It also gives the opposing team a heads up to where Olaf is going and who he will be going for. During the time Olaf will not have any vision from teammates, wards, towers, or minions, it will be just him, and what ever is in front of him. It will also give players the chance to play around his vision problems, and sneak around him while he is searching for a target to run down. I also toned down the ad bonus because he does not truly need that, and it should only be there to give his Undertow and Reckless Swing a little extra bite to it. I always feel that Ragnarok ends way too soon for Olaf to benefit from the AD given because you use the ult for the sole reason to get to the back line in the first place, so I felt that adding 2 seconds to his ult was reasonable. Olaf should feel like a rampaging bull that cant and wont be put down when he has his ult activated, not some red guy who runs at you then runs away because he gets shredded to 30% hp.

Not sure if this would be super overpowered or would hurt him even more, just something that I have been brewing up for a while now, hope you enjoy. Thoughts on this would be helpful as this is a work in progress.
