Has anyone else laned against this/played as it? I recently finished a game as Twitch (granted; I'm not a super great adc), but the insane early game burst afforded to Lucian by Thurderlords seemed a touch excessive. Anyone else have thoughts on his synergy with the keystone?

But for Lucian especially all he would have to do is land one Q or W then the double attack would proc it...seems broken
It is not just Thunderlord's. That was just the flashy effect you saw.
The underlying reason he could whop you around is the Precision mastery - coming right out of the gate with 5.5 (k) flat ArPen kind-of has a lot of impact when general Armor values are low.
hard counters twitch anyway.
