How to Enhance the new player experience from getting bullyed.

So we just make it so they cannot hear anything anyone says except for pings and such until they reach lvl 20 or 30 this way they wont have to deal with losing IQ from listening to trolls and flaming teammates or enemies. While sure this might hinder communication it would surely help keep more players interested. Although there should be an option allowing them to hear their teammates but it should come with a warning of "WARNING: Turning on the chat of others can result in cases of flamming, bullying, trolling, raging,etc. Riot warns you!!!!If you wish to still turn your chat on press yes" This way new players can ENJOY The game rather than the 300thousand people who make a smurf account just to make your life miserably by calling you names and insulting your beginner tactics. Now while it can hinder then learning as well I feel this option should be added for those who do not feel like they should be wasting 30 minutes of there time having to deal with them. although this is a temporary solution other solutions could just include making smurf accounts able to be upgraded to lvl 30 for a cost and verification that the main account is yours and that lvl 30 people cannot be placed with lvl 2 people.
