A rammus main suggesting a rammus nerf

Make Rammus's taunt have the same feature as skarner's ult. IF they flash away, they do not get taunted and taunt's cooldown is reset. I have taunted so many people in my last few games as they flash away that I almost feel embarassed (but then I kill them because it's ranked and that's what you do in ranked). If you catch a melee with it they run all the way back to you after their flash so you can kill them. It needs nerfed.
