Crystalline bracer is a HEALTH item that builds from a RUBY but its gem is blue and items that build out of it such as Righteous Glory also have blue gems as health items. I dislike the inconsistency on the color scheme.

Keeping in mind that item builds don't really represent how items are made (Bilgewater Cutlass becomes Hextech Revolver AND Blade of the Ruined King.), put it down to the fact that the items is aesthetically Demacian, so putting red in there would be weird. If Ruby Crystal gave mana and Sapphire Crystal gave health, this'd be fine, but this hasn't been the case ever, so just chalk it up to gameplay interaction. I do agree though its kinda weird. At least Righteous Glory is made from Catalyst of the Protector, which has blue involved in it. Kinda makes up for it.
