Ways to make Taric more exciting to play

So... Taric was finally played competitively for the first time in TWO YEARS.

I got to thinking about ways to update and it seems that taric likes to smash his hammer on the ground.. Well I think its time he uses that to do a frontal cone heal instead of a point and click heal. Make either of them a mild skill shot with the same travel time as sona ult but only the size of a buckshot and it heals! League has no frontal cone heals that I am aware of and virtually every single heal is targetted(well.. sona's heal is not but it still always hits a nearby champ if there is one).

At least make it some sort of skillshot heal as taric needs a skill shot and the one I think would be the best and match his smashing his hammer into the ground philosophy would be a frontal cone heal.

this is a ongoing thread. his ult needs to have either a knock up or knock back, his ult stat buff is worthless becuase allies get half of what taric recieves, a stat debuff for enemies would work

I say they get rid of his heal and give him a built in skill shot mikael's for an ult
