I think it'd be fair if ARAM allowed you to heal if you went back to base. You already have to walk all the way back there anyway, so I don't see why it doesn't heal you, even if at a reduced rate or only for a certain amount. You're literally wasting time you could be fighting/pushing in order to heal or buy stuff so, why doesn't it let you?
Plus that fact that you have to die to buy items is ????

This would sorta inforce the KDA warriors that costs games.
Players who will do everything in their power to get a positive Kda. Ornn, would just be his own shop, and go back to heal as often.
And when your on the final push to end the game, They could just walk back to fountain, heal to full, continue fighting, walk back heal back, and just take the game off that. that would be very annoying and not enjoyable.
and there is a case, where its nexus turrets left, teams would just stay in fountain to get that advantage. Or the moment they Lose team member, they would just walk back to fountain to heal and then reset.
I cannot see this being fun.
