I have more than once purchased this item: . I have also read this item. Without being "noob", a claimed began in season 2 League of Legends community member told me that with this item when having purchased, that the significance was in allowing the minions to travel through the portal and help to spread minions more rapidly than traveling down the lane. Or, in another description, they took pride in teaching me about League of Legends and take pride in being considered a veteran of this game. I have seen the item be active as with the timing feature of a clock. I am really more unsure about this item, and the correct mechanics to activate this item.
