Turret-busting is not supposed to be one of Ashe's core strengths, I believe that's why they removed that aspect of her Q in the first place.

You can just get stacks off minions and then auto the tower. It would be situationally useless since you wouldn't hit the tower with no minions on it.

This ability already melts turrets as it is - having it feed itself off of turrets would push Ashe over the edge.
