Less trading potential in lane but still as strong mid-late game. I think it's a fine nerf, just way too late.

True.

that's.. kind of a big nerf to his max e damage, cutting it down by half seems a bit much tbh

If I understand that correctly, then it just takes away base damage. So at all levels of his passive stacks, it deals 40 damage less. That is way less than half as long as you don't use E with just 1 passive stack on the enemy.

The stack scaling damage is untouched. So it is far away from being halved at max stacks.

I feel this nerf is stronger than one might expect, as I think it's going to cut pretty significantly into Twitch's early damage, and therefore make him a little less likely to snowball positively. Whether or not that will solve problems such as his late-game burst, his solo queue/pro play discrepancy, etc. I'm less sure of. In any case, I think this is at least a step in the right direction, even if I'd appreciate more adjustments further down the line.

I think it’s fine, Twitch is supposed to be a late game champ. This will nerf his early game which is good. Now if only Tristana could get the same treatment.
