something ive been thinking about for adcs
what if riot removed crit because that creates more problems than good so they aren't glued to one build and only being a random chance burst class. I was thinking of adding in new items and new stats for them that allow them to do more damage to objectives like towers dragon and the rest. I know doing that would require a rework of xayahs e somehow but I think it could work in theory
