How is Annie's "W" not a projectile?
What are your thoughts? She is literally spitting fire. I don't understand why it's not a projectile.

Cones are not projectiles
Some abilities fire multiple projectiles in a cone. That is different from a pure cone ability.
What's the context? Why does it matter?
there are dozens of skills in the game where things are one thing when they shouldn't be just by looking at them or that doesn't make sense or that do something different from what you were expecting
That's like saying Pantheon E is a projectile, meanwhile is Q is.
Its hitscan basically.
