Is this a bug? Realistically, if JarvanIV jumps and Yasuo hits his q, shouldn't Yas' Q proc on Jarvan?

It specifically says Jarvan cant be displaced during ult in the video you posted so I don't see anything wrong.

Just as Blades already said, it literally says "Can't Be Displaced!" during J4's ult in your video, so it's probably not a bug that he wasn't displaced

J4 is "unstoppable" during the jump. No bug here.
