[RANKED SOLO/DUO], pre load champ select black screen

I have just found out that this is happening to me for every type of match made games where it's a back screen before champ select loads.

I accepted a game match, but my screen went black and was unable to load the champ select screen. A while later, it went back to the queue screen not only did I loss points and for a chance to get into a new tier; I was blocked from queue as well the first, and now my queue is blocked for longer cause I have tried a second time to enter a match. It's quite unfair how this system works when instances like this occur. Pls fix ASAP

ALSO THE RANKED LISTS ARE NOT SHOWING UP. I HAVE TRIED TO QUEUE UP FOR RANKED AGAIN. NOW I HAVE COMPLETELY LOST MY OPPORTUNITY TO RANK UP. this is bs b/c people spent a lot of time trying to get points.
