So, about Ignite/Grievous Wounds

As a supp with ignite, who would you ignite? The person receiving the heal or the person doing the healing? For example, Draven and Nami are in bot lane and Draven is getting the rek handed to him on a silver platter ok. So, do you ignite Draven because of his Summoner Spell and ignite would cut the healing received? Or, the Nami to cut down the healing she gives? soz im kinda dumb

Ignite the person that's getting healed. ^^

Grievious wounds cuts in half any healing RECIEVED, so ignite Draven.

Makes sense if you think about it, Grievious wounds are hard to heal :P

Ignite/Grievous wound affects the person being healed, so you would ignite Draven.

Thanks guys. But, my reasoning behind it was that if the person giving was ignited, it would also cut outgoing heal effects too. Just because Leaguepedia was a bit (maybe) vague on the subject. I dunno. I just wanted to know for sure just in case I did it versus a Soraka who had ult on cd so I could go full ham.
