Ranked is unplayable

I like the game and I have fun in normals with my friends but ranked are a disaster, every single game I had was a disaster and wether i climb or not depends purely on luck, i feel stuck and not progressing even though I do well by myself, It makes you feel like your game depends solely on who has the worst players and not who's the best.

Also when I check the ranks on league of graphs the ennemy team has mostly silver 2 to gold 4 players while I get silver 4 to silver 2 players. I want to win games because i played good not because i played a lot...
