The awful community makes the URF nightmarish
I thought URF would be fun but people are making it bad, like just today i've seen so many players complain about people behaving like assholes, people abusing the strong picks and etc...

What a surprise. People abuse the strong thing in urf.
It's almost like Riot made it ARURF for that exact fucking reason in the first place.
But, noooooo. Everyone who was in favor of ARURF and said that URF was trash was wrong.
Oh no. Who ever would have guessed that URF would immediately degrade back into tryhards trying to slap people with their e-peen. What an unheard of thing that was not even remotely predicted by everyone.
Wait it’s now toxic to try to win a game, you people are something else. Too many tenth place ribbon holder ruining everything. Waaaah I’m not very good but I deserve to win cuz mommy says I’m the bestest.
Your actual complaint is people trying and picking things that help them win, when you goto the park and play basketball do you complain about the other people who keep there eyes open and run cuz they tryharding?
Behaving like an asshole aint URF exclusive. And whats wrong with picking good URF champs? I mean, what do you want players to do, pick something like soraka and just max W for the whole game because YOU dont have fun? What about THEIR fun then?
That would literally happen in every game community. That why URF should not come back except for rare occassions, meta's develop, people want to win because thats what most people enjoy, winning. And even those who dont are forced to play those "meta" champs because you dont play in a vaccum and if another person is having a blast using an OP champion, it comes at the expense of someone else ALWAYS.
The mode is pure novelty and nostalgia, nothing more, at least in ARURF you would see some unique picks, but of course, people dont like stepping out of their comfort bubble
Just like real league, the best way to have fun is just to play with friends. Relying on strangers to play for fun and not just to win sadly never works.
URF is a constant stream of cancer anyway.
arurf at least it isnt a team of lux, morg, veigar, wukong, and yi where you all are picking random champs bc you are trying to have fun. honestly hope arurf is now the norm bc this became less fun to play unless i play the stupid champs to stand a chance
Imagine being bitched at for playing Nasus against an Ezreal midlane and getting accused for Try-Harding when you're going as AD glass stacks cannon Nasus meanwhile Ezreal is going AP destructor and abusing his w e combo for free damage because he's too bad to land his q.
Mfw I just want to play my main but he's busted af in urf so he's either taken or people accuse me of just picking strong champs and ruining the mode
