Yasuo balance idea
Just an idea I got when I was looking around the boards, and all the Yasuo threads could go to the moon and back. So, just to be clear, I don't hate Yasuo, but I can see why he could be pretty strong right now. He gets 100% crit with 2 items, so that lets him build a lot of AD and 1 shot people. Along with a less than 1 second dash and a wall that blocks projectiles, he is a bit overpowered. So my idea is that his non-ult abilities should use his flow when the flow isn't maxed. When his flow is maxed, he shouldn't lose any flow, because that would negate his own shield, but when it isn't maxed, if it used a bit, he would be more careful about using his e 4 times to climb a minion wave to get the kill. This means that when Yas's flow is low, he is weaker and you should fight him, but when he has max flow, you should just get the shield off of him so that he needs to back off a little bit and wander around to get flow back up. ;p This means that Yas should play safer when he has low flow, and more aggressive when he has max flow. It also creates definitives times for when he is weak, and when he can still smash your face in. He still becomes stronger as the game goes on, because his flow costs are low and don't scale, but his max flow does. Also, when you break his shield he loses flow instantly, but I think it should be so that the flow is lost after a few seconds, so he isn't brutally underpowered because he waited for his shield to be up.
Example flow costs: (just examples) Q: 10 all ranks W: 10/12/15/17/20 E: 5 all ranks R: None and when he has max flow, his abilities don't cost any flow.
TL;DR Yasuo abilities cost flow, unless he has max flow (flow shield)
