Accessibility option for active abilities on items (ARAM)

I've been missing the tip of my left index finger since the end of May and I had to relearn typing and playing Q-W-E-R with only 3 fingers. Ulting requires me to shift fingers from E to R and from W to E which causes enough problems but activated items are somewhat worse for me. The position of my hand on the keyboard puts my left middle finger at perfect angle and alignment to hit 4 except the UI won't let me put an item in the 4 slot since the 4 slot is occupied by the poro cookie. Is it possible you could put the cookie in a different slot number like 7 since it's not essential to playing the game? The next best choice for me is to hit 3 for an active but it puts my hand at an awkward angle and my ring finger lifts up slightly.

I usually end up with only one active on an item and I've always hated that I can't put it in the 4 slot. Trying to relearn 20+ years of typing coordination is hard enough.
