Other wise we get stuck with comps like janna an lux who shield there whole team for more than half there health an make them unkillable an the game completely onesided yea that goes on now but its so less frequent

there are many "aram/urf" exclusive account out there that only own broken/op champions.. so it may be "random" but its not like 1/138 chance of getting a certain champion

you do realise that there is no que dodging penalty caused by some bug atm, im just que dodging until I get the champ i want to play cuz fk rng.
