Quality of Life for Tristana and Ashe

Hi I would like a couple quality of life improvements for Tristana and Ashe whom I have been maining lately in Silver Elo.

For Tristana I would like her to not change targets when she uses her R. She used to get an auto reset but she doesn't anymore so I think this should be reverted back to a regular spell since it can cause issues undesired when you use this ability to get someone off of you while you are targeting another enemy. If any ability retarget her autos it should be her E because her E needs autos to function fully.

For Ashe I would like to see the casting time of her W go down as her attack speed goes up. I feel like if I get close to 2.0 attack speed and when I hit W I am reducing my auto attacks... I want her to be able to weave her auto between her W barrage even at high levels builds.

Ok, that's it. Not very exciting stuff here, but I think these would be good quality of life improvements.
