Would someone please tell me how I'm supposed to go about laning against a Vladimir as Gangplank considering GP has zero burst damage early on even with thunderlords. GP is all about poking until you can 1v1 but Vlad sustain's through it all and deals stupid damage now that he got buffed. You can't walk up to CS or he gets free harass on you. And if you're low enough he tower dives with ease due to untargetability on pool. No clue how to go about it. I just got abused to hell so after I finished Trinity Force I got Hexdrinker and then Merc Treads.
