(Xerath)Rite of the Arcane in pbe doesn't gain additional charges with successful hits - Mage Update

Hello, abnd thank You forreading this. I've been waiting this update with so much enthusiasm =D!

So, as of what's written here (http://euw.leagueoflegends.com/en/featured/mid-season-magic), while casting Rite of the Arcane (R), xerath gains additional charges for every successful hit; also he gains more as he levels up his ult. I like this change, however the only thing that got implemented into the pbe were the additional fixed charges per rank (3/4/5), as you can see in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U0r751ehzAA&list=LLRgYPl5uRJ3hBmDTEd4bIsg&index=1

What happened? Did the additional charges per succesful hit got scrapped? If yes why? If no, will this change get implemented later? Thank You again for reading this =)

Has the ult indicator for enemies become less visible? Is the AP scaling the same? And i would also really like to hear if the extra ult charges on hit are scrapped (and if they are not, how many will be at rank 3) 5 + 5 possible extra? If they do that they will need to nerf him cuz i will hit Challenjour in a week ;)

  1. i don't think so;
  2. apparently yes, but base values are toned down =) i'm rather curious to see how these changes will turn out first =)

Thank u for the reply :D has his Q changed? On live, the Q range is a bit longer (less than a Teemo) than the indicator shows. Is this changed? I saw a video, it seems like the cast time is the same. I cant find info anywhere, so if you know i would be happy if u could tell me :)

Not right now, as far as i know =);

you should check pbe patch notes here : [email protected]

They release them about daily =)

i checked them constantly xD and the width was reduced by 5 units on his Q, and the indicator done smaller, according to RiotSortere. http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/gameplay-balance/epEwmj0v-is-this-xerath-change-accurate?comment=0001000000030001

shouldn't this be in bug report?

No, because this concerns the pbe, and i don't have a pbe account. However, nor surrender@20, nor reign of gaming reported this change (xerath gains barrages as he successfully hits the enemies) (those websites report pbe patch notes about daily). Ultimately the video above, which is about the last pbe patch (6.9), shows that xerath doesn't actually gain more barrages as he successfully hits someone with them. So i don't think that's a bug: if it is, pbe patch notes would say something like "rite of the arcane gives xerath more barrages as he hits enemy champions, till a maximum amount", but the feature wouldn't work as intende for some reason. Instead, this feature is not even listed in the pbe patch notes, like it's not even implemented.

I hope it's clear now =)

Should have realized that myself xD

Yeah I also noticed that incoherence between the notes and what riot said. Lets hope they'll share a word on it.
