im tired of this shit riot. nerf the damn thing already..and when I say nerf I don't mean the bullshit you did this patch..oh ranged champs lose the slow..whopdee fucking do..the slow isn't the problem...change how the passive fucking works...make it have a cd in between procs(15 secs or so, or more), so it cant be spammed by abunch of pussy champs (cough cough) also if they become spotted or if they are seen and don't attack with the passive set it on a cd before they can get it agan(not as long as if they did use but something reasonable). I write this knowing riot wont do shit about the item tho...the balance team is nothing but abunch of drunk laughable jokes. I know this is a salty post but I'm done with stupid shit like this.

Wow highly critical thread you made here. Riot balance team screws up sometimes, they're only human. Do you remember the abomination that was sated devourer back in s5? Or when Lucian became Kassadin 2.0 (still waiting for them to give him back his slow removal though)? It is a problem and no doubt within the next two patches it will be fixed.

they screw up more times than actually balance the game in a healty way imo..I know this post was written in a very rage induced matter but like I said I'm tired of crap being unbalanced for no reason..like what the hell was wrong with duscblade before or even before they reworked it when it had the mini zed ult thing. edit: I don't remember sated to much. all I remember is that you got a wolf pet and I think it had the passive rageblade has now another edit: I'm not saying theyre not allowed to make mistakes but you would think after all the shit posts they get tjey would do something and learn something but they don't half the time

you forgot Vayne and it does have a cd. you have to be stealthed for a certain amount of time in which you aren't dealing dps though are hidden.

The point is, if you manage to be not seen by the ennemy team for a least 1 second, that passive can be used over and over again.

Wild things such as a double proc Nightstalker from MissFortune or item 3085 can happen multiple times during a teamfight

(thank god they removed the slow and some dmg...)

so she sits in the bush for a second to get an extra say 200 damage on an auto when she could just auto once or twice and have it otherwise. and I'm quite certain duskblade does not proc twice in a row even if you have a double up passive. thing about adc is they need their dps or they're useless early, and this item doesn't help by forcing them to back out of combat situationally in order to deal this extra damage.

I know i didnt put her in there, wu anf kha were just examples and no it doesn't have a CD..thats why it's so good on kha because his it lets him able to get it 3 times.(btw I'm talking about the damage part not the other passive for wards) i know that has a cd
