adidas1 votesIf you are actually fighting Lucian and hes hitting you back, He was never nerfed. The nerf was to his piercing light which rendered its Distance low, But the skill is a lockon so if he is actually shooting you and piercing lights YOU and not a minion, then he was never nerfed. The problem with lucian is he was doing too much damage and the damage is still too strong.
