Is f*cking ridiculous. You continue to overlook champions like this and give them ffucking handicap handouts and buffs. I'm not gonna hold my breath on you balancing any champion in the future. But azir has been broken since his release and all you do is continue to buff him, just the whole list of other champions you think need help.
What? He is very buggy and actually is very hard to play as unlike some other champions...

Are you even serious? He was nerfed to complete crap in 5.3 and was literally unplayable for a month. No pros even play him anymore because most agree that even after the buffs in 5.5 he's still not up to competitive snuff. He is also one of the hardest champions in the game to play. So it's not like Rito has ignored him outright - in fact they messed with him way too much at first. He's finally at a place right now where he's fairly balanced. If you look at his winrates, however, it's very inconsistent, and Azir definitely has many disadvantages against most meta mid laners right now, since most of them actually out-range him and out damage him. It's all about skill and build. Otherwise, most people are terrible with him, so it really shouldn't be a problem.
