I don't even know how long it has been since these started, but every day for days on end, I receive friend requests from spam accounts. I see I'm also not the only one on here getting this problem. I've also noticed how riot is ignoring this problem and has not addressed it in any of the forums. Go figure.
Just because they don't respond, doesn't mean they aren't doing anything. I'm sure they're working on it. There's only so much they can do with the (probably) hundreds of thousands of these accounts going on.
its really annoying..normally i would just not accept the friend request, but when you post on the boards looking for players for 5's and say "add me" and you get home to 9 friend requests...what do you do? well i add them all and at least 2 of them are spam bots :(
