Okay, what is the deal with Ekko jungle?

Literally every second match I play has an Ekko as the jungler.

This guy either gets his stun in and a confirmed kill each time, or presses R and rewinds on a failed attempt, no questions asked. The last time I saw a champion as safe as this guy was back when Sylas healed for 3/4th of his HP right after release.

It's reached a point where I have to permaban this guy over multiple servers coz literally everyone seems to be abusing this freelo champ with little to no risk.

Ekko has always been here since he was released.....yall complaining but really have no idea about the old hybrid ekko when he used to have ad scalings to his abilites. He recently got buffed so people are gonna play him...that's how the metas work!
