You're over complicating things. All you have to do is lock in Fizz and your enemy goes through an emotional roller coaster of despair and anger.

One time I decided to try playing Nasus a bit because I had just unlocked a skin in hextech. A fizz shat all over me and so I queue up for the next game only to see them lock in Nasus. Normally, I would just go with a comfort pick at that point but for whatever reason I locked in Fizz. It was a batman-like epiphany, the thing that tilted me off the edge could be used as a weapon to tilt others. Now whenever I see someone lock in Nasus I instinctively pick Fizz and expect to enjoy the next 20 minutes. Last time it happened I was 9/0 at 8 minutes and the nasus had 12 farm before afking because his team flamed him. [sg-jinx]

You can do that with a lot of champs. Udyr is a good example. Between his W and E he can last another few seconds minimum.
