New summoner spell in ARAM

now I do enjoy aram a lot more than most of the other game modes, but ever so often I get a champion I could do a little extra with, if I had the right tool. That's right, a . not exactly a vision ward. But an item that a player could jump to if needed.

Champions like that don't get the opportunity to use their full move kit because they don't have a teemo on the team dropping shrooms in the right place. its just something id like to see added
