Marksmen deserved to be nerfed.

But so does everything else.

Damage is way too high across the board.

Too hard to learn new champs and their interactions? Still want to right click your way through the game and have everyone else set things up for you so you can do dmg.

Yeah, god forbid botlaners have to learn more than one class of champion!

It's not like top has: Tanks, bruisers, mages, juggernauts, skirmishers, and occasional marksmen! It's not like jungle has: Tanks, mages, assassins, marksmen, skirmishers and occasional enchanters! It's not like mid has: Mages, assassins, tanks, enchanters, bruisers and occasional marksmen! It's not like support has: Tanks, mages, enchanters and now assassins!

This is truly the worst possible thing to happen!

thats not even the point IceAYou. plus with no brainer champs like yi, xin, trundle, shyvanna, tryndamere, your point is not only salty but stupid.

Generally though, its not "oh they nerfed adc's" its been done before from patch to patch, but this new meta has taken them pretty much completely out. Baron being easier to take down, scuttle being a priority point for skirmish, which an adc needs to farm instead, the ridiculous item costs and low benefit with them, plus the tower buff towards ad and the decrease in ap resistance, allowing mages to take a tower down a lot easier. The game pace is much faster if you havnt noticed and there really is no late game anymore. this keeps adcs from being able to scale. even the tanks have an easier time shit stomping an adc because Mortal reminder is worse than before, and bork has no damage to it. And even if a late game does happen, an ad carry needs to make an extra 2500 gold to be effective, throwing them further into a late late game. The 32% adc rate is probably those players like myself that enjoy playing adc's and dont want to conform into the meta because , bruisers and mages just arent interesting or fun for them. And the damage reduction on each adc, puts them even further behind. like i said its not that they nerfed adcs, its the fact that theyve been completely taken out of the game because of the conditions.
