Anyone realised that URF isn't going to come back again?

I mean , riot doesn't bring back 1 for all because they are afraid of balance issues etc.. well , we all know that URF is the most unbalanced mode of the game ... AND gives you bonuses like extra attack speed 50% for meele and 100% for ranged champions ! this means if you play adc with lethal tempo in URF mode you will be having 2.50(maybe more) attack speed with only 1 attack speed item .... Plus the cooldowns will be down to like 1-2 seconds ... so yea ^^ lethal tempo adcs/ranged champions are going to dominate the lanes .

I didn't read your post but I thought I'd share that I'm actually really curious of how URF CDR will interact with the Transcendence mastery.

I think the issues were involved with the new client, not because of balance.

They acknowledge the poor state of balance and does not put much concern into it unless it was "broken". One example is making certain champions unavailable in URF/ARURF.

Sorry for the lack of clarity. That was understood already. The purpose of my second group of statement was to type that balance was not a reason for a game mode's delay.
