Easy solution to jungle

People are complaining that junglers are ganking too early because they hit level 3 too fast...

Well here is an easy solution:

All you have to do is restrict lane access to junglers until a certain time limit hits. I don't know what that time limit would be. Could be up to discussion. Maybe at 7:50 or something. You could use that barrier thing that comes up near the summoner's platform at the start of every game to surround all the jungle paths to lane until 7:50 or something. What do you guys think?

As a whole the jungle role will always get complained aabout. Because people hate when they get ganked period. The changes they made were an attempt to balance leveling except they removed too much of the exp, so now jungles are ending up 2 levels behind lanes. So they just need to adjust things so is more in line of hitting 3 at the average time lanes do.

I am assuming you want the jungler to be able to get in the jungle at all before 7:50? We would probably need to move back elder drake spawn time to compensate as well as get rid of the scuttle change that was recently put in.

Another thing that crosses my mind is what about say junglers like Ekko Elise Ivern Kayn Khazix Nocturne RekSai Shaco Talon Zac who would be able to get past that barrier via abilities? I'm sure I missed a few in there

Um you can't get past the spawn barrier with those champs...

Op was referring to blocking jungle access to lanes not fountain barrier.

Yeah, and I'm saying you can use the same barrier type to block access to lane from the jungle.

There is still terrain that said champions can use abilities over unless they plan on putting a barrier around whole jungle and not just the openings to the lane.

Exactly. It would be barrier over the entire jungle.
