Mig891 votesYou'll never control teammates but that's why spamming games is the best way to climb. If you're constantly better than your enemy lamer it'll average out because your average game will have you at the advantage. What's so hard to understand about it. It's why I play support to climb. I can usually shit on the enemy botlane and it puts 2/5 of my team ahead every game and 2/5 of the enemies behind. I don't win or expect to win them all but mathematically I'm ahead. I have had over a 60% winrate on my main playing support for two seasons now in just 400 games between seasons. Last season was 67% and this season is 60%. I usually hit gold and then play norms or flex because I play for fun and once I get the rewards I'm happy. I could easily hit plat if I just kept playing but it's not worth the headache

Because low elo supporting isnt very helpful your adc is gonna build boots before any crit or damage item first.
Ive watched twitch's ult and then walk up to a cc'ed enemy team during their ult
Mig891 votesGotta play mage support in the lowest ELOs then once you think youre at the point where an ADC isnt a strong minion then you play enchanters/tank supports Theres a META for every ELO, for every role.

Btw I was gold/plat last season the main point of this post is I have two accounts I play normals on and in one (this one) everyone is just cheese, and the other even though im still fighting bronzies they play really damn well.
Mig891 votesZyra/Brand/Leona Not so much brand this season, i just havent found my rhythm on him so mostly zyra. I find her pretty flexible in how you build on a game by game basis. If the enemy team goes full tank I build more penetration and liandrys If our teem doesnt have a lot of protection for the carries i rush rylais and those slows save lives when all your plants slow. It could be my bias but I just love the champ and im comfortable playing her into anything. I can reliably block blitz/thresh/naut hooks with plants. I can spot ganks by throwing a seed in the river bush that junglers always step on, Her combo of two plants and an ulti is almost a guaranteed kill if you catch them off position.
