Grasp on GP's Q broken AF

GP with grasp can just spam heal in lane while also dealing dumb amounts of damage. The range means any champ that goes to farm is gonna get hit by it which gives him free heals when he already has a heal plus it procs on his barrels. I'm not saying it's a bug but it is a balance issue. It means the champ that gets more gold than any other in the game has nothing to worry about in the early game. He can just sit back and farm with no threats. Even with CC he can remove it and walk away unscathed. Riot I am so disappointed in you this season.
