How to beat Pantheon?

Apparently I posed in the wrong thread, so I'm gonna try here.

I just played a game where I was Lissandra vs Panth. Level 1 I got 3 manned ganked and died. NP. So Pantheon gets an assist and I get back to lane, and he's super aggro. He jumps me in a full wave of minions when he had 2. Needless to say he died and I proceed to push. He hits 6 and ults onto me while I'm pushing the lane, and I die. From then on, he proceeds to shite on me completely, just comboing me down even close to my tower. I'll be the first to admit that some of the trades was me going for CS and he just combos me, but I was never able to match his damage in return. I get seekers early and he gets lethality into merc treads and just destroys me. How exactly do I beat him? He seems to just be able to out trade me at all points. I tried to harass with Q but he always came onto me as I went to CS. Any tips? I dont play top normally.

Panth will beat you in lane, but he himself has a hard time carrying a game. Just try to minimize his snowball and win mid to late. Hes also easily gankable once his W is down, so try and alert your jungler to that.

Pantheon is basically an assassin. As a strong early game champ, he wants to jump on top of a squishy and land his full combo and melt you down as much as he can. This works very well on squishies since he aims to build lethality. Lissandra was just a really, really bad choice for him since she is the exact kind of champion he wants to snowball off of. You likely made the mistake of not respecting that damage and just kept making the same mistake over and over again.

You should've played smarter and tried to poke him over the course of the laning phase since he could burst you faster then you. He is very squishy himself, so as long as you played safe, you could've worn him down and for him out of lane, since his only reel defense only works on auto attacks. If he struggles to get kills early, he falls off quicker as the game goes on.

you don't beat pantheon in lane, you accept he will destroy you getting any morsal of exp and cs you can. When lane phase is over you must play behind and try to prolong the game for when he falls off and you catch up. Ideally you want people to not die to him and gang up on him whenever possible.

You don't be pantheon in lane, you play like a little b*tch and try to scale into late game and beat him after lanning phase. You just need to respect his damage if you feed him he will just 100 to 0 you in one spell rotation and ignite and proceed to ult the other lanes to extend his lead. If you can't beat him then play him.

The first champion that comes to mind is Vlad. Vladimir

Vlad undoes Panth's Q poke with his own Q, and IIRC outranges him on that ability. If Panth goes for stun with W, you can either use your own W to cancel it, or use it to get away if you mistimed it.

Vlad's spells aren't blockable by Panth's shield, and your ult outplays his.

olaf does pretty well against pantheon. throw your q whenever he spears you.
