How exactly do you counter a level 1 or 2 gank from a twitch with red ?
Every. Single. Time I have faced him he got VERY fed , if you pink a bush he'll just go away and come from tribush/over the wall with plant.

Play like you're playing against an Eve
If you coordinate with the Jungler and your level 1 is good, you can invade early since literally any screwup early punishes Twitch more than most Junglers.
Just before the minions reach each other, you can ward the raptors since he almost always starts red. If you see him passing Raptors, he's ganking mid. If he doesn't, he's ganking a side lane. Twitch can't usually afford to farm level 2 and almost always tries to gank right away, so being smart about wards and not just dropping your trinket next to you in the river does effectively reveal him to your team.
Your Jungler can also just farm Twitch's Jungle all day. Twitch is a hyper active Ganker and spends a lot of the time in the river or otherwise not farming. It opens up a ton of free gold on the map if you just snatch his camps all day while also making it all that much worse for Twitch should he fall behind in any way.
Play safe, play with chill till you see Twitch on the kill feed as dead, or he pops up on the map and is no where near you. Also pay attention to your enemy's behavior. If they are doing some odd dancing, miss a few more CS than normal, or has basically ran around their minions to come at you... Twitch is probably nearby and you should bail.
twitch jungle biggest weakness is the enemy jungler, he is so low from clearing camps beacuse he struggles at jungling, his only strength is ganks, so you should invade him and counter gank him as a jungler, as a laner... play safe and try to ward deep before he goes invis
