Why? In what world is this champion in desperate need of a buff? Shes an average pick, shes really good in the laning phase and has mediocre scalings into late game, her split push is weak which is compensated for the fact that she deals 60% of your hp bar as true damage on a 3 second dash? Like what you buffing? Does she need more true damage xD?

was popular for a long time after his rework, and is still meta any time he gets any kind of buffs. Right now is one of the rare times he's not meta.
is getting reworked for a reason, but he's actually gaining in popularity right now as well.
The rest are just kinda eh, sitting at fairly average to below average playrates.
Any balance changes happening right now though you can safely assume are strictly for pro play as we're heading into worlds. They're deciding what the meta will be and who they want to see picked. Unfortunately, the average player has to deal with the inbalance until worlds is over.
