I think I just figured out a lot of why certain players kinda suck

Was playing ranked tonight and was doing well on Swain. Keeping up in cs and roamed with the jungler. He gave me an early gank which let me get an early kill. He eventually carried game, I was somewhat neutral ending at 3/2/8. So it was a pretty decent game and admittedly the other lanes kinda fed. However, at the end of game lobby, the enemy Cho got salty and began to say how the only reason we won was because our jungler was better and how my whole team, including me who got 2 solo kills on him in lane, weren't good. The thing that got me laughing though was his statement of, in plat elo, "He never loses 1v1 in mid unless there's ganks." This is slightly a rant but I just thought that maybe this is why some people just can't get past certain ranks. I personally am willing to admit that yeah I suck against certain champs and sometimes even against the champs I do well against usually, sometimes there's a better, more mechanically gifted player that I just got wrecked by. My question is, how many others are willing to admit that?
